  I bought this PS5, it arrived with the HDMI port damaged, the seller offered me a free return but it didn't suit me, the seller really didn't want to offer me at least half of the cost of the HDMI port repair, which cost $60, I took photos when it arrived and it really didn't work, in the end I ended up buying a cable that I didn't need as instructions from the seller and paying for the HDMI repair, I wouldn't know how to rate the seller but my exp was bad saving that the shipment was fast.

  Seller securely packed and shipped perfectly working PS5 fast and for free, and provided USB-C cable as buyer asked for free. Buyer had PS5 in his possession for 10 days before letting seller know that PS5 is not working. Seller instantly assisted buyer all possible ways to help buyer to get PS5 to work, seller provider free return shipping label for buyer to return PS5. Buyer kept asking for money to repair PS5. Seller refused to send money to buyer, what resulted in this negative feedback.
