Total junk!
Very poor plastic construction. Broke instantly after installing.

Less than thrilled
First complaint with this unit, is you have to remove the stand, and open the battery compartment, to turn the sender on and off. Next is, setting the temperature alarms is not very user friendly, and the instructions are inaccurate on telling you how. Third, the highest low temperature setting for the smoker temp, is only 175F. While it's fine for most, it could stand to be higher for some. I previously used 2 separate remote thermometers to do this same thing. When one finally died, I decided to go this route. While a single remote is a bit more convenient, I would go back to what I had, before buying another one of these. I have not had it, or used it enough to judge the quality.

Love it!
1 of 1 found this helpful Works great, great addition to my cast iron cookware. Typical Cast Iron non-stick surface. I previously used a pizza stone, but had trouble transferring uncooked pizza to stone. Slightly preferred the pizza stone results, but this CI pan is the next best thing.
