  Extremely disappointed with this purchase. The Hey Clay set arrived in terrible condition—containers were unsealed, most of the clay was hard and unusable, and the tools were missing. Clearly not new as advertised. Avoid this seller.

  The customer opened a case and asked Ebay to step in straightaway without even giving me a chance to say anything, it clearly shows he has misused return policy. He stated the item is not new, as shown on my pictures for the listing, the item is shrink packed which can only be done at factory, how can the item not be new. This is the kind of customer who is making Ebay an unfair place for the sellers, I have no choise to block you from purchasing anything from me in the future.
