  After posting my initial review, the seller reached out to me and offered me a full refund. They completely redeemed themselves and were more than willing to not only refund me and apologize for my dissatisfaction, but did not even require me to go to the trouble of returning the dress. The seller messaged me to let me know the post office seemed to have lost my package, and then immediately offered to send me a similar item at no extra charge. I just received a new package with two dresses similar to the one that went missing. Both are lovely.
