I was sent the wrong colour. When I messaged the seller, they said they couldn't send out a replacement because the blue ones weren't functioning correctly when tested. Yet the seller did not contact me in order to let me know this beforehand or even bother to offer a different colour instead before dispatching. I needed a brightly coloured one to avoid losing it and had to buy them elsewhere. Got partial refund for the inconvenience, but still not impressed.

The Seller did not include any Cable with the plug. I lack cable to use the plug. I have one other cable and one other plug as a set. Now I got a plug. The cable was not sent and is missing as paid for yet not delivered. I need to now pay double for yet another new cable to be able to use the plug. Let’s see if the Seller would send to my address my paid for missing iPhone/iPad - C Cable. Maybe we can agree on things.
