i am very upset that these hard drives are not any use to me unless some ones explains to me how to use them in windows

i have bought two of these hard drives and i can't use them in a windows environment because the hard drive is set up to be combatable with the apple operating system not combatable with windows! I am tying to find out if i could use these brand new hard drives in the windows operating system if some one knows how to use these hard drives in windows please explain to me how ty ty
