Good with a multitude of features. Not for beginners.
It's not as easy to use as a FreeSat 4K recorder for instance, however it is much more useful and functional. You need to have a basic understanding of Linux to make sense of the set-up, and you need to research which programme bouquets and apps to use. I bought the ZGemma HS box for a reason, and it has not disappointed me. I can record free-to-air programmes and edit out the adverts if I need to, using my laptop, which connects over my LAN. I have a ZGemma H7S also, and this box complements my other one. I would recommend it, with the caveat that it is not for a beginner. It is exactly as I expected it to be. I am not disappointed. I would purchase another ZGemma satellite tuner recorder if I had the need.
