Deffective enfineering

This chopper has very weird construction defect: the pusher is not able to be properly locked in the handle. Each time new piece of a vegetable is chopped, the pusher is unlocked from the handle and is stuck in the steel disc. The chopper looks sturdy, heavy duty etc, but I cannot achieve "1 easy motion EVERY time", I need to take this stuck pusher and insert it back into the handle after each motion. Really disappointed.
