    Item was advertised with free P&P. I was charged £7 by Royal Mail to have the packaged released and delivered due to insufficient postage being paid by the seller. I tried to contact the seller but I was not refunded my £7 and was told I had to contact eBay.

    We are more than happy to assist you. However, the postage for your order was provided by eBay using Evri. Since you mentioned that Royal Mail charged you, eBay has advised you to contact them directly for further investigation. Once eBay completes their investigation, they should be able to refund you accordingly.
