New life for an old vacuum
Much as I liked my old Dyson DC05 the old motor was on it's last legs. My first attempt at a fix was to renew the motor brushes (a bloomin' messy half hour that still left an imperfect motor buzzing away) the second attempt was to replace the whole motor hence this purchase. What an easy job, it slots in perfectly, comes with pre-soldered connections and the whole job was over in a fraction of the time the carbon-bushes-replacement had taken.
For very little money I have a vacuum that sucks like new, is considerably quieter/smoother than the latter life of the old and honesty why didn't I do it sooner? All fixed for less than 10% of the cost of replacing the vacuum and I now hope to get another 10+ years from it.
Speedy (well packaged) delivery to my home in France as a bonus. The unit is heavier than you might expect so expect postal charges to be costly.
Very easy to swap (YouTube is full of example how to videos) and a old Dyson back to its prior self! And, we've a house with two dogs so vacuums have to work hard here!
In short, good buy and easy mend and absolutely recommended.

Simple mais du top!
Super facile a metre sur place, très solide sur la route et chargé avec nos vélos.
Il se plie facilement pour stockage dedans la voiture.
Mais,...il faut vous dire impossible d'ouvrir le hayon sans tous demonter! Et, pensez bien de la code de la route et vos feux/ plat d'immatriculation, ils sont toujours visibles?
En brief, très bon ça marche bien et me semble une bonne idée

Replacement key & case - a speedy swap for a failing old key
A simple swap for remote control motherboard, dont forget the tiny transponder magnet, and replace the key. Regretfully in my case (a 2005 Berlingo) the key fixing method was not the same but my local key-cutter was able to cut the new blank provided. So if your old key case is getting beyond reasonable use and those lock/ unlock buttons are close to failing this is just what you need and, I hope will provide years more use.
Note,...this product has a key blank, a key (transponder & central locking battery etc.) case but does not include the electronics/ battery / microswitched.
