    I contacted the seller when the order arrived. The candles were lose in the envelope. The plastic box was crushed and two of the flaps were open. Several of the candles were broken. I explained this to Suzy Fowlkes I asked for refund. She insisted that I return the candles. She said that she hadn’t caused the problem even though the plastic box was placed in a soft sided mailing envelope. She took no responsibility and refused to honor my request. Very disappointing.

    I recommend for you to return this item since you were not satisfied and there would be no problems making a full $3.00 refund. The offer still stands. You do not want it so return it for a refund. Thanks
