Parts missing
1 of 1 found this helpful This item was delivered today, missing 2 screws and 2 wood plugs also 3 panel were marked with wrong letters. There are also a couple of small scratches to the wood. It does look nice now I have put it together but for the money I would have liked more care and checks before you send the product out

1 of 1 found this helpful Terrible tree had 10 leafs on each tree, you may as well sent me a branch !!!
Would never buy again and would advise people not too buy as you will not get what's in the picture. Shame!
I give good review but these branches are going to take some time to look like picture
