Quality product but poor shipping
I am delighted with my purchase and timely delivery by the UK arm of the US postal service but the problem is that they also left a parcel at my address clearly marked for Mr George Exley, 7 Adisham Drive, Bolton, Lancashire BL1 3SD which appears to contain Nexus comics and pop culture showing an order number LPKEN000000 147072699 so somewhere between ebay - paypal and the US parcel service, a mistake has been created.
I have contacted Mr Exley and made him aware that I have his goods and what it would cost him to have me post his parcel onto him, but so far without reply and reasonably why should he have to pay extra when the delivery cost to his address would be included in his purchase price, so any intervention by you to help Mr Exley would be appreciated.
