He made the royal mail delivery employee not scan or take signature when the parcel got delivered. I ve gotten written confirmation from royal mail that they specifically delivered him the parcel. He processed a refund, ebay granted it and left me having to refund him Β£1600! Im not a business seller and this guy jas left me in financial debt. Im currently taking this to small claims court. STAY AWAY!!
