If you want to do the best for your pupils, give this a look !
If you are a teacher involved in Primary Education and keen to provide a solid foundation in number for your children this is the one for you. It provides lots of information and activities to bridge the gap from mental activities to formal written 'arithmetic'.
This will have you questioning how you teach. This approach has been used in New Zealand and other countries and results have really encouraging.

Notes on a Scandal
