A great keyboard if you're not too concerned about the feel
2 of 2 found this helpful In honesty, this product LOOKS a lot better than it feels.
The velocity sensitivity is... unusual, and make it a little hard to get used to. I did find a way to change the velocity curve, using the available software for it, but even this is unintuitive and you only get an option of 8 predefined curves. I'm a pianist, so the feel is quite important to me, and I bought this model because I had read that it has 'semi weighted' keys, which, frankly, is just a lie. It has sprung keys, like every other entry level keyboard.
The pads, too, do not respond amazingly (yes, I tried the available curves on these, too), particularly at the lower velocity. But, you know, they work!
Ultimately, I suspect it is the hardware, not the software, that is letting the device down... but then, for the money, what do you expect?!
