"Short" vietnamese jew's harp - high pitched sound

Great instrument for beginner to advanced player.

Of all my vargan, khomas, dan moi, jeux harps, etc. I believe this is the one I'll take to the jam tonight, for sheer volume if nothing else. Also it is conducive to plucking the reed in both directions. The danger? Don't get carried away with excitement and chip a tooth! Awesome harp, one of my favorites. Nice range, nice tone, nice tight gaps. Nice. I would put the pitch as medium, not high. But I do Highly recommend. Great job Vietnam! I almost didn't order it though because the photo makes it look like it's wooden! (It's not; it's a brass colored metal, maybe brass?)
