    I was a little disappointed. I did not receive the boots. I went through e Bay support to let them know that I had not received the boots. I let them know that I still wanted them. I got a message from the seller telling me that he was out of town due to an emergency and that he could send the boots to me upon arrival back to his home or he would be more than happy to refund my purchase. I fault e Bay somewhat because I told them in my inquiry that I wanted the boots. Got refunded instead.

    The item I ordered apparently sustained some damage during shipment which made it inoperable. The seller promptly investigated the problem and kept me advised regularly. Eventually, when he was apparently unable to get the shipper to pay for the damage, he refunded my entire purchase price. He is a very honorable seller and I would not hesitate to purchase from him again.
