how to make life simple
Bought to remove the headlining from my land rover. Started out thinking I could do without this. To remove first pin without tool took about 10 minutes and it broke. Got the tool and then removed the other 16 in around 10 minutes without breaking a single other one. Very easy and seems very robust

Good kit - easy fix
Bought to fix the usual td5 issue. Once you manage to get the starter motor out from under the defender the is a simple job to replace the worn parts. The kit parts look good quality and are easy to fit.
Follow the simple instruction on the product page and you can't really go wrong.
All parts look identical to the parts you remove so hopefully have a starter motor that will give a lot more years work.
(The next bit is trying to get the started back in place but thats nothing to do with the kit )
