When you buy an Apple product you are buying a top of the line product.
1 of 1 found this helpful Basically because it is an Apple product. Apple makes excellent products and also makes software that is designed for the hardware. An excellent combination. apple's prices are high but for that high price Apple gives excellent service in the way of help at Apple stores and Apples phone service is second to none. Very little wait time with telephone service and the telephone support agents are very helpful but if the telephone support agent isn't able to solve your problem the telephone support gent will find another telephone support agent that can help with your problem.
