  While the cards were in the condition as described the binder was not. Binder had separated from the pages when it arrived. Seller stated that it was the cards were for sale binder wasn't part of the deal. I tried to split the cost of a replacement binder but was told it wasn't part of the sale just the cards were. In the listing it was made to look intact and not separated at all. But that was not the case. In the end I recommend asking in detail about your purchase so you know the full value
