The Duke...'nuff said
Great quotes from movies and personal anecdotes of the one and only JW the Duke. If you are brainwashed into political correctness BS don't bother. If you enjoy honest heartfelt expression read on Pilgrim.

Sing Sing Sing
What a great performer! Louis Prima was very popular in the 1940s to early 1960s. He sang, wrote songs, and was absolutely electrifying in his live shows in New York, New Orleans, and Vegas baby. His partner and wife Keeley Smith was a great singer also but was like a statue next to Louis. He would always jump, jive, and then he'd wail!!!! He walso the voice of "King Louie' in Disney's original Jungle Book. He also wrote the greatest big band/jazz/early rock song of all time--Sing Sing Sing. This great DVD has it all.

All those years ago...
0 of 1 found this helpful George Harrison had great talent and some of it survived the Beatles. But the great songs are with the Beatles...all those years ago. Very few songs can match While My Guitar Gently Weeps, Within You Without You, Here Comes the Sun, Taxman, Blue Jay Way, and Something. But this is his best stuff post-Beatles and definitely belongs in any intelligent listener's collection.
