I received a defective and extremely different item than was advertised. When I contacted the seller, the seller was rather unapologetic and dismissive. I escalated the issue to Ebay who ruled in my favour, based on all the evidence provided. I happily sent the item back and was awarded my full refund. As a first time buyer with this seller, I was very disappointed and wouldn't purchase from them again.
