SLIK U212… quality from another era.
I’ve always pined for this tripod. It was very popular when I got into photography as a hobby several decades ago, but I couldn’t afford it AND a camera/lenses on my military pay.
So now I’ve managed to find one in great condition. Bucket purchase: checked.
It’s built like a tank, and arguably only meant to be used under niche circumstances.
But I loved it then after research then, and still love it now that I own it today!

Tension springs for my 99 Chinese Strat... seem to work okay.
These springs worked in application for my 99 Chinese crafted Affinity Series Strat as replacements. The design calls for a drop into the tremolo arm insertion hole space by one of these springs, followed by the tremolo arm being spun into place above, or next in order. These seem to work for me and they're probably the least expensive thing you'll buy for your guitar ;)

6mm is the right size for my Chinese crafted 1999 Squire Affinity series Strat.
After much looking into, I determined that my Chinese "crafted", 99 Affinity Squire Strat required this larger 6mm replacement arm as one that would replace the one which is missing. This worked like a charm. Note that a Fender tension spring should be in place to make the set up OEM in terms of designed function as "Fender" originally authorized. Hope this works for you as well.
