The base manual any reloader should start with.

I have considered the Lyman Manuals over the years (for me since 1976) a must have. I have a personal like for both Hodgdon and Hornaday but the Lyman is a base must have. I have a old Lyman signed by Joyce Hornady to Warren page. Keith Hornady's wife was my 6th grade teacher. The Lyman provides a basis for the reloading journey.
