Really pleased, except for the buttons on the screen!

I’m still experimenting and in my third loaf now. It is really important to weigh the measurements out correctly and it makes such a difference. The last loaf was perfect! My only dissatisfaction comes from the display panel. The touch screen buttons seem to consistently work on a hit or miss system. Firstly, you have to set the programme, the quality of crust etc, and on the machine I have, this requires several attempts of pressing the display buttons. After painfully getting through it all, the simple ‘start’ button does the same. I’ve tried every single way of putting finger to screen but it seems to make no difference. It’s never an immediate response. Once started, everything is just fine however!! I would ring customer services, but because of CV 19 staff are down in numbers. I’d love to know if anyone else has/had this issue!
