  Thanks for sending in good time. However despite apparent good packaging within the box with bubble wrap it arrived broken. I couldn't fix it but my trusty engineer sorted the problem piece and swapped it from my old arm - so all good in the end! You did your best and likely mail people were just too rough. i have left positive feedback.

  Hi Thank you for taking time for leaving feedback, sorry to hear this .. the tonearm in question was delivered 7 weeks ago, i pack all items at very least ,double boxed .. and have sold many over the years.. you should have simply returned it .. i shall triple box future items to you .. wishing you a merry xmas, kind regards
