IS - “does exactly what it says on the tin”!
In IS mode images of moon are very sharp, showing craters clearly. Adding UHC filters enables one to see the Orion nebula. The only odd thing is that one has to focus deeper for stars and planets after focussing on the moon!

This is an old design upgraded with a USB rechargeable battery and bluetooth. The sound quality is much better than might have expected, and it is ideal for singles though fine with 12” lps.
