I was given an immediate refund. Am giving the benefit of doubt as I guess it might have been a genuine mistake, but sellers really ought to check the condition of things BEFORE they list them. It's all too easy to draw the conclusion that the seller simply was not happy with the closing bid and reneged. She did send a nice email with an apology though ... oh well

Dreadful quality
1 of 1 found this helpful This gate drove us to distraction. It fell apart within a few weeks of use and despite trying to glue it several times it still falls apart every time you move it. It also scratched my floor and the dog managed to move it easily as it is so lightweight! I am looking for a much better one now.
