Lovely item - Great Price & Condition
I purchased this book as i was doing Smocking technique in my cake decorating class.
The book has some lovely images of finished products, though is a very dated book and technique.
If your interested in learning this classic technique its worth getting this book

Fantastic Period Drama - great to re-watch after many years
Movie used to be called "The Honest Courtesan"
I looked for it recently after having watched it over 15yrs ago.
Set in Venice, it Follows the journey of a young woman in love with someone above her station,Her mother trains her to become a Courtesan to provide for her family and have have the man she loves as a Lover.
Courtesans of the time were deemed as the most educated woman and close to all the most powerful men in Venice.
