The wand sucks.
This mascara is great, the under sense is fine but not something I will buy again (personal preference). I am very underwhelmed by the wands they chose. The most basic of basic, just pitiful really. I have a favorite wand from another mascara that I saved and use with this. Unfortunately it doesn't fit in this tube so I'm wasting product.

Fell apart after a few uses.
This is a great scalp and face massager, but the handle fell off almost immediately. Overall, for the price, it's okay because it can be used without the handle.

Beads move too freely to be functional.
1 of 1 found this helpful The beads are much too loose for this to be functional. Even laying it flat on a table we have a hard time keeping the beads in their proper place. My son is still excited to use it, but growing more frustrated at its impracticability.
