    When the item arrived the wing of the glass bird was broken in several places. I advised the seller who is arranging a refund without quibble. I thought he had packed it very well and don’t know how much more he could have done. It was obviously damaged in transit. I really commend this seller for his communication and his prompt dealing with the matter. It will not put me off from dealing with him in the future..

Looks good but very noisy
We have had one of these for many years and been very happy with it, we still have it in use but we have moved house and decided to get another one for use in a different location. I decided to purchase a similar item so that we only had to purchase 1 type of refill. The old model operates quietly only making a little noise when the spray operates. The new one however sounds like a strangled duck every time the spray operates, so much so you can hear it operate near enough wherever you are in the house! I checked with the supplier if it was faulty and they said it wasn't but they had had similar feedback from previous customers.
