  Seller not only met me at the station but came onto the actual platform, knowing I had a tight turnaround between trains. Panel was well-wrapped & accessories were in a beautiful gift bag! Could not have asked for a better handover! So grateful. Didn’t get chance to use it before leaving for holidays, but now back I’ve used it daily for 3 days - experimenting between ‘dual function’ mode; ‘infrared only’ mode; and ‘visible red only’ mode for various health issues (thyroid, skin, muscle…) THANK U
