Good Cartridge
Only the box was damaged -- the cartridge is fine

Perfect Fit
Never thought I would find this part, but it is a perfect fit for my old horn. Bulb feels like high quality that will last. Very reasonable price too.

Very quiet and efficient
Did quite a bit of research before picking this model -- both manufacturer and size. Using it in my basement, and it quickly brought the RH down to 35%. Very quiet. Haven't had it long, but so far so good. I'm hoping it lives up to the reviews I consulted. The humidity next summer will be the real test.
