  A clear request was made for this set to be separated from another large set when purchased together. Item was half taken apart in chunks and placed in bags, the remaining large part was then placed in a box with some loose bubble wrap. That was the same with the second set. Rare Minifigures not protected, box and instructions also shoved into the box and also damaged. Many parts all jumbled up and damaged. Please beware. Postage charged at £30 for the privilege

  This is not factually correct. The items were sent separated and in clearly labelled sealed bags. The mini-figures were placed in bags too and so protected. The item was not sold with the original box but subsequently found and added as a gesture to the seller, so any comments about the box are irrelevant. As for the £30 postage, the buyer asked for them to be sent together, a refund was to be given when the item was confirmed delivered, this had not happened as buyer initiated a return.
