The item is a limited edition, 20 out of 100, signed as an Artist Proof. Additionally, we included a complimentary print. We understand your frustration with the shipping time as USPS can be slow, especially for international shipments. Please note that the return process was managed by eBay, not us. We offered an upgraded exchange / refund.
