Zinc for Health
I ingest zinc in much greater than usual amounts per doctor's instructions. It keeps me from getting intolerable cramps caused by other medications. Since using this product from Puritan's Pride the muscle cramps are in check so it is obviously doing it's job. The physical size of these pills is much easier to swallow. In my opinion, a very good product.

Using for gunsmith operations. Does job well. Well made. Can't go wrong.

Get what you pay for
Adequate considering the price. Focus ring got stuck on first use.
