1 of 1 found this helpful I would not consider myself an audiophile, but these speakers are great. The build quality is excellent and they reproduce the audio with precision. I have a whole home audio system (Sonos) and when walking through the rooms, the KEFs stand out. I tend to hear things that I don't hear in the other rooms.
I am using a Pioneer Elite VSX-92TXH that push out about 130WPC. I've heard that these speakers are power hungry and I intend on upgrading to a high current stereo amplifier in the future. I haven't really gone in-depth on making them sound the best via stands, placement, etc. and I'm already very happy with the purchase. I can see myself keeping these forever.
