we have send size O which you have asked for ? there is not my fault that you have measured the size wrong??? the ring is listed I clarity which is included diamonds you should have checked the listing before you have order it also it goes through authenticity process where they will check it and if they are satisfied than only they will send it to the customer . the ring you have send for refund on Christmas days where all delivery company's were closed and we communicate with you in each time
