    Does not use mini dp to move data faster than USB 2.0
    Do not get this unit to use the Mini-DP port for data to help an old Mac achieve faster speeds than its native USB 2.0 ports. This unit's mini DP port only supports video. The Mac USB 2.0 will limit this unit's USB 3.0 to 2.0 speed.
