Disappointed to have to Replace Whole Unit
Disappointed to have to buy a complete unit rather than just the knob - which broke. Neff do not make a replacement knob so you have to buy the whoole unit. I used pliers to grip the shaft of the broken unit and simply pulled it out. The replacement just has to be lined up and pushed into place, so fitting is easy but don't expect Neff to offer any advice..
The e-bay supplier (Bartyspares) was great and I highly recommend them.

Great Replacement
Great replacement - although I found that the channel change controlon the left hand side actually controls the fast forward / backwards function. It may be possible to reprogramme this but as it is no problem for me I have not bothered to invesitgate. Good product that worked 'out of the box' and does what I hoped it would.
