Ok, a bit expensive
0 of 1 found this helpful Ok spray, expensive. You absorb this through the cheeks instead of through the gut (not everyone can absorb these vitamins through the gut). You get 48 sprays, but you have to have 4 sprays a day. A lot of money for 12 days worth. Be nice if they added b6 as well. I prefer veg1 daily and liquid iron every few days.

Rock hard!
1 of 1 found this helpful These are extremely hard. This can make the fascia shrink tighter, and the spikes are fairly pointy. Fine if this is what you like, but I’d like something a little softer with a little give. Good quality for the price. Comes with a little leaflet on where to use on the body.

Not cheap looking, good quality and size for a small crochet hook 2 mm to go through. Nice colours
