Not well packaged

Took ages to arrive as courier had problems, when it did arrive it looked like it had been knocked about a bit, when my mum opened it as her present on Christmas day, half of the bottles had fallen out of the display making it look untidy and dishevelled. Once we put things back where they should be it looked a very impressive display. Need more reliable and careful couriers to deliver these as they are a lot of money so need to be handled better
