"Bouncing" they are not.
2 of 2 found this helpful Having worn Dr Martens eight hole boots for over 40 years, I was very disappointed with huge dive in quality in these boots. They had a brown card label attached proclaiming "new from Dr Martens" and came with an extra pair of yellow laces in the box. I guess if you want to wear a pair of boots straight out of the box and only want to do a bit of walking on pavements and alot of unstrenuous posing, then these are the boots for you. I found the new leisure sole about as comfortable and supportive as a pair of old school 1970s tennis shoes." Bouncing" they are not...Bought them to walk during lockdown as my older pair needed resoling. I will wear these into the ground and will not be replacing with any more from Dr Martens, as the quality is no longer there with the brand.
