Missing and used fitting kit.
Do not use. No help at all even tho this is supposed to be brand new item it has clearly previously been fitted and has part of fitting kit missing making tow bar unable to be tighten and made safe to use. It simply works loose within hours of use! Bolts and washers clearly already been fitted previously.
