Not User Friendly or Functional
3 of 8 found this helpful Purchased this printer/copier for home use, as it seemed a good buy. It was easy to setup, size and weight was comparable to others in the line up. It prints nicely and does not take forever. Now, as for advanced setup and management, there really is none. Being an IT pro, i work with these types of machines often. You cannot print any reports of any kind, none that i found. Any info you want is not easy to find, and if you do get it its only on the display. Menu structure is clunky, no easy to navigate. In many ways its just like the cheap inkjets you buy at the big boxes.
I wouldn't recommend this product for anyone who wants to do more than copy and print.
I still am unable to scan simply, copy easily or fax normally. I cannot seem to find how to modify the address book besides the small display and buttons.
Steer clear as the support has banker hours so you will need a day off during the week to talk to a foreigner. i would actually say HP would be a better unit and im anti HP.

Cheap but Editable to fit
Out of the bag, they didnt fit correctly, too wide for the install. A pair of side cutters fixed that thou. Simple and plain to install. They dont look this cheap once installed. I would buy again but expect to modify.

Perfect little Printer
2 of 2 found this helpful Best Printer I ever did own. Easy to use, cheap to run. Lasted 10 years before it kept clogging. If i printed dailey as i used to I would get another hands down.
Uses reman inks with no issues, obviously get good reman inks (LD)
Scan, Copy, Print and Fax is super easy, the PaperPort program I comes with is very usefull too.
