Highly recommend
I take this in combination with the vitamin B12 spray and I am confident it is a great way to keep D3 levels topped up during the winter months. The only down side is I really don't like the taste, which is surprising as I love vanilla. However, I follow the dose immediately with a spray of B12 which tastes lovely So all is well.

2 of 2 found this helpful I have found this spray to be excellent and more effective than any same dose B12 tablet I have taken over the past 8 years.
I didn't expect to like a spray, but it's tastes very pleasant, and because it needs to be refrigerated, I remember to take it three times a day. My chronic aches and pains are better than they have been for years, and my muscles and joints no longer seize up with exercise. B12 is so vitally important and is a water soluble vitamin so you cannot take too much. Thank you for such a wonderful product, I didn't expect such amazing results.
