  Very happy with my Complete fire suit, I was a little dubious about buying "seconds" apart from a small dent which can hardly be seen on the insert it was in fantastic condition.   Listing was of a factory second so expected some minor cosmetic issues however, item came damagedn. The piece broken had a screw in so looked like was damaged and returned but seller blamed courier. Seller said "give me a few days" to resolve. 1 week later informed me to keep checking their listing's for replacement. It should be seller responsibility to resolve and find suitable replacement. Extremely poor customer service. Ignored my last message. Do not recommend seller. Photos uploaded.

  This company advertises lovely fireplaces mine got delivered today the box is wet and mouldy inside packaging is wet.
