Good Buy
Good book, nicely shipped. Could have been cleaned a bit before sending, but most people don't know how to clean books with rubbing alcohol, so it's okay. Some scratches here and there. A sticky spot or two. Overall, good buy on my end.
As for the book itself. Wonderful! Easy to read, easy to use, highly detailed, very colorful. Perfect game guide if you collect them. Good to get if you want to find all the secrets of FFXV.

Sturdy Cardboard
I knew exactly what these were when I bought it. They're foldable, sturdy, cardboard magazine files. Not as thick as a cardboard box, but not as thin as posterboard. Definitely cheap but not bad quality cheap. They are long enough to fit wide magazines, such as Game Informer, but any magazines wider than standard might be a problem.
Overall, these are totally worth the price (~$15).
If you're concerned about them being bright white, I think they could take some spray painting if you got the right spray paint. They already have a bit of a gloss on them already. (Note, I have not spray painted mine, so this is just my thoughts.)
The funniest thing about this purchase was purchasing an Ikea product on Ebay that came in an Amazon Prime box. Too funny!
