BIG LETDOWN WAS EVRI, after changing my delivery address to a local Gulf parcel shop to save waiting at home, it took 4 whole days to get there, the packaging was torn to shreds with all contents showing and, most maddening of all, the shop struggled to find my parcel 40 minutes after it's drop-off, and then the operative had the audacity to suggest 'it is better to have goods sent direct to my home'! They want sacking!

    Excellent supplier! Tracking went adrift for a few days but a short eBay message to him and the tracking was restored within the hour and delivered shortly after. Someone mentioned that the box won't close if you fit the carry handle to the centre mount and that's correct but there is an alternative mount at the valve end where it can be fitted and the box will close. I find this works better for me as I don't need to bend down as far. Great bit of kit for the old Land Rover.

    My order has been precisely refunded instantly once I messaged the supplier. Customer Service 5Star honestly. Delivery courier messed up the order-no idea how did they delivered under my address-as there was no package left in a safe spot. As I said-Customer service from the seller sort my case out without opening the case. Such things happen sadly-but these efforts from the seller are remarkable-that is all I can vote for. Refunded amount arrived within 12 hours from the issued date.
